Return and Refund Policy
Return Window: You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them, except for personalized items or items marked as final sale.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in unused, unopened, and resellable condition to qualify for a return. Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Restocking Fees: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for change of mind returns. This fee does not apply to defective items.
Return Process: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. After receiving the returned item, we will process the refund minus any applicable restocking fees.
Refund for Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can choose to receive either a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and provide images of the damage for verification. Our technical team will review the evidence and proceed accordingly.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
