1. What materials are used in your products?
We use imported leather to craft our products, ensuring durability and a premium feel.
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, unopened, and in resell-able condition. Personalized items and final sale items cannot be returned. A 20% restocking fee applies for change-of-mind returns. Defective or damaged items may be eligible for a refund or replacement upon verification.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
